Telesales manager will have to conquest market position and strengthen Wookko company in Ukraine. Main objecive is to continuously increase number of ads, as Wookko company is getting more recognizable and rapidly growing unit on the real estate market. By providing a regular stream of new offers, telesales manager will also need to ensure the diversity and relevance of provided information.
We are looking for talented people in sales that will help us to improve offers quality in Ukraine. We are also open to new ideas and alternative sales methods. Evaluation of Your work will be based on the results achieved. Clearly following the goal, You will quickly become an expert in our company!
- Become an expert in Your region (geographical)
- Transform new and exsisting offers in active, monitor the presence of pictures, full description of offers and check for updates in time.
- Searching for prospective property owners and companies that represent services in the real estate market.
- Make potential customers and Wookko users interested, by introducing them to te company.
- Deal with new and exsisting clients and contractors.
- Deliver the work in clear deadlines and achieve goals.
- At least 1 year experience on a similar position (sales sphere)
- To be self-organized
- Excellent negotiation skills both oral and written
- Experience of «cold calls» will be an advantage
- Focus on results ans compliance with deadlines
- Personal qualities: communication skills, commitment, active life, affability.
